Homeless families with children are the fastest growing section of homelessness in Minnesota. The number of homeless families has tripled in numbers, from 889 children to 3,251 children, since Wilder began researching homeless trends in 1991.

Cheryl Gray
Executive Director 
Cheryl is
a Licensed Social Worker, a Certified Domestic Violence Counselor, and a Certified Thought Field Therapist. She has over 15 years of experience working in the social service field and is a co-founder of New Pathways, Inc. She holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Social Work and has a second Major in Psychology.

Mary Westlund

Cambridge Site IHN Program Manager/Family Educator

Mary holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Human Services with an emphasis in Social Work and Substance Abuse. Mary has over 10 years of experience in skills training programs and case management.

Camille holds an Associate of Arts degree with an emphasis in Bookkeeping with over 7 years of related experience.

Angela Kingbird
Brainerd Site IHN Program Manager/Family Educator

Angela holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Social Work and has an A.A.S. Degree in Criminal Justice.  Angela has over 8 years of experience in case management.

Jolene Schladweiler
Cambridge Site IHN Case Manager

Jolene holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Social Work with a Minor emphasis in Women’s Studies. Jolene has over 4 years experience in Case Management.

Rachael Rahto 
Brainerd Site IHN Case Manager
Rachael has a Bachelor of Psychology degree with an emphasis on Applied Behavioral Analysis. She has over 18 years experience working with at risk clients.
     
Frances Nelson

Frances holds an Associate of Arts degree and is currently working towards a Bachelor Degree. Frances has over 3 years experience in the Human Service field.

Jenna holds an Associate of Science degree in Criminal Justice and Business and is currently working towards a Bachelors Degree in Psychology. Jenna has 1 year of experience in the Human Service field.
