Isanti House Transitional Housing Program

The Isanti House Transitional Housing Program (IH) is a duplex that is located in Isanti, MN. Families that participate in the Interfaith Hospitality Network Cambridge and Brainerd Sites may be eligible for placement in one of the two 2-bedroom units. Families can stay for up to two years.

While residing in the IH, tenants receive weekly home visits from a Case Manager to assist them in finding permanent housing along with assisting the family in maintaining healthy family relationships and developing community connections including: school systems, medical services, treatment programs, advocacy for legal needs, and churches for spiritual needs.
  
Our services are open to homeless families with children. Without the continued support of the community we would not be able to offer our services to those in need.
