Mary Ann WestlundList Item 1
Executive Director
Mary holds a Bachelor of Science Degree with dual majors in Human Services and Psychology with an emphasis in Social Work and Substance Abuse. She has over 25 years of experience working in social services and management. Mary’s career at New Pathways started in 2004, since she has helped hundreds of families and over 1,000 children to go home again.

Community Engagement Coordinator
Jenny loves bringing people together to make a difference. With more than 20 years of experience in administration, marketing, communications, and community engagement, she enjoys building relationships, sharing the New Pathways story, and connecting people with opportunities to support families experiencing homelessness.

Janine Studier
Administrative/Accounting Specialist
Janine has enjoyed a career supporting executives, lawyers, accountants, pastors and more. She brings a variety of experience from her previous roles including legal assistant, human resources representative, corporate trainer, public speaker, community service and event coordinator, tutor, and council member in community organizations to her role at New Pathways. Over and above all of these roles, Janine considers her years raising her four children the most treasured role. In everything in life, top priority for Janine is maintaining a servant’s attitude and heart.

Julie is a Licensed Social Worker with over 20 years of experience in the human services field. Julie holds a Bachelor of Social Work degree and enjoys helping others overcome challenging circumstances so they can reach their fullest potential in life.

Amy Walcheski
Supportive Housing Case Manager
My name is Amy Walcheski and I recently joined the New Pathways Team as a Supportive Housing Case Manager.
I have been working in the Mental Health and Housing/Human Services field for over 20 years because I love to help people. I have an associate degree in human services, and I am a Mental Health Practitioner.
I also have three children, 2 boys and one girl and my very first grandson that is due in May 2024. I am excited to be part of the New Pathways team and look forward to helping many people achieve all of their future housing and life goals in the best way I can.

Christine Kissner
Path to Home Shelter Program (Cambridge) - Wellness Advocate
Christine holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Metropolitan State University. She is a Yoga Instructor, Meditation Practitioner and a Certified Recovery Coach. Christine has experience working with substance disorders and is motivated to work with people seeking and maintaining recovery. She believes that we are all works in process, and it always begins with the first step.

Jenny Wright
Path to Home Shelter Program (Cambridge) – Client Services Advocate
Jen has been involved with New Pathways in various ways since 2002. She has lived in the Cambridge area off and on since 2001. Over the last 9 years, she has worked at a group home. Jen was a missionary and went to several Central and South American countries.

William Chambliss
Path to Home Shelter Program (Cambridge) – Center Maintenance/Driver
William has been a part of the New Pathways family for a long time. He was a volunteer driver and is always offering help when he can. William, his wife and two children moved to Minnesota from Alabama in 2012. He loves to spend time with his family and going fishing!
